Report a broken code

If a listed code no longer applies, tell us which code and which platform you tried it on. These reports are checked before anything else, and a code that fails re-check is removed the same day.

Corrections

If something here is wrong or out of date, say what it is and where you found it. Corrections are made on the page itself rather than logged in a changelog nobody reads.
